I propose a new global economic system that provides three levels of options for the global citizenry. The base level provides basic life needs for each and every citizen born into this world on an equal basis - everyone gets the exact same resources. The second level provides additional resources for participating in and completing governance related opinion tasks - all handled through a digital system with mobile devices. Citizens can complete these tasks anywhere and almost any time at their convenience and the payment again is the same for each and every citizen who completes each task. The third level is an open market economic system where citizens can buy and sell everything that is now typically bought and sold in today's economic system. This level requires the individual citizen to "work" beyond level two, and there is no limit to what an individual can achieve financially by participating in level three. Learn more within the blog.
